Durable, Spacious & Superb Quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this tent! It is very durable and superb quality! They are also absolutely not lying when they say 5 minute set-up! This is the easiest set-up of any tent we have ever owned. It has 100% withstood higher winds, and we absolutely love the extra height as well! If I could give this 10/5 stars, I absolutely would. Get this. I promise you won't regret it!

This tent let in so much rain. The seals are weak, the rain fly ripped after 2 uses, the poles never break down so you’re able to fit them back into the bag. If the storage pouches are too weighed down (2 iphones, 1 wallet, and 2 headlamps???), the poorly designed rain fly lets water in & it just streams down into whatever you’re storing. Truly a poorly designed/engineered tent. We threw it away after TWO uses. Sad.

More Headroom!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 6 person skydome tent by Coleman is the only tent you will ever need. Takes 5 minutes to set up due to the pre-attached poles. The 10 ft by 8 ft 6 inches fits 2 queen airbeds. The Coleman weathertec system allows it to withstands wind up to 35 mph. Tub-like floor, patened conner welds and inverted seams keep the water out. Protection from light to heavy stoms.

Love Coleman products

Features seem not well thought out
You have to use 2 hands on the zipper door, inside and out. The zipper does not move with one hand, and it gets caught in the rain flap. Maybe it's just me, but camping with children, you rarely enter/exit a tent with both hands free. Seems you always have something in one hand, clothes, flashlight, shoes, etc. Having to put down whatever you are carrying made me think about my last tent that we wore out, it was a one hand zipper, always.
The Skydome tent we have has an led rope with control box. The LED rope goes through a skinny sleeve at the inside front of the tent. There is a pocket sewn to hold the control box, but it is on the opposite side of the door zippers. Like having your room light switch on the opposite side of the door opening. It's just awkward.
The Skydome feature is not a good feature to have when looking for an all around tent. If you put the rainfly on, which you have to, to have any privacy at a camp ground, then there is zero airflow through the tent. The only opening you can have is the half moon on the door. To get more airflow, we pulled back one corner of the rain fly every day. The other problem with skydome is the whole top 1/3 of the tent is screen. If you camp anywhere with wind and dust, then it blows dirt right up the rainfly, through the mesh top, and all over your bedding and belongings.
Last, the poles are permanently attached to the tent, and instructions say to roll the tent up around the folded poles. The poles are the exact length of the storage bag. With the bulk of the tent and rainfly, and poles in the middle of the tent, the storage bag zipper is extremely tight and feels like it will fail in a few uses.

Love this big tent!!
So quick to get up! Got set up in about 9 minutes, did it alone and I’m 5’4”. It’s so spacious, lot of air flow(good for summer camping)! The polls are attached in 2 corners(brilliant!) which is so helpful! The rain fly is easy to get on and clips on too. The color is gorgeous!(blue/teal). Easy to take down too, I got it back in the bag on the second try. Just follow the instructions! I love it!

Durable and made great!

Easily fits six people with extra room! I have 3 boys and they are rough house and this tent is perfect for my husband and I and our kids. Amazing tent!

The poles are attached to the tent and just clip into position so it actually took us around 5 minutes just like it said on the description, We love Coleman products anyway so we’re happy to have a tent made by them. We have a Coleman travel trailer and now have this beautiful tent which we have put up for our grandkids to sleep in when they come for a visit at the campground with us.
It is very durable and waterproof too! There is plenty of room in it even with air beds and sleeping bags. I especially like the wide door and it’s nice to have a good quality floor in it. This one has a tub like floor with seams that will help keep the water out. But this is made so well I’m sure that we will not have a problem with water getting in anyway. We will enjoy this tent for many years to come! I highly recommend it!

Very roomy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tent is pretty roomy, leaves enough room for everyone to sleep in here comfortably. I'm able yo stand up without hitting my head. It took about 10 minutes to put up and about 5 minutes to tear down. So far it is great, made of good quality. I would recommend placing a tarp underneath to protect the flooring longer.

Affordable and comfortable

We slept on a queen size air mattress and still had enough room for our things. We was comfortable and We slept great. Taking it down was just as easy. And you get a handy bag for storing it. Broken poles
Went camping with my family. It was a bit windy and both the poles shattered. I’ve always had Coleman products I usually love the products. I tried to find replacement poles for this tent with no luck. I only used the tent 2 times. I was very disappointed with this tent!! It would definitely be a great product if there are no storms in the forecast lol

Easy set up!!

I normally need help when setting up a tent, but this one went up in 10 minutes and I did it all by myself. It is also very roomy! I was able to disassemble it just as easily.

Coleman is the Best!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Coleman 6-Person Skydome Camping Tent and was anxious to give it a try. We haven't had a tent for a few years and have always trusted the Coleman brand. My grandkids were so happy grandma had a tent for them to sleep in too! The tent is so easy to set up with the pre-attached poles, for those of us with little experience. It took us about half an hour, but for most, I would say they could set it up in a few minutes. The tent has a large entrance, plenty of headroom and the inside is well protected and has good airflow and we had no leaks, even though it rained hard during our first night. The tent is nice and roomy and we had plenty of space for the four of us to sleep in. My family and I are more than happy with the tent and I know we will be using it for years to come. I definitely recommend the Coleman tent, which comes in a handy carrying case, for those looking for good quality in a roomy tent for their family.

Poor tent
We just bought this to replace our old sky dome and was very disappointed with the changes. No back window for cross ventilation, changed the size , made back wall longer and side wall shorter. The zipper for door is very poor quality, snags. Very very disappointing.

Spacious!
I bring this along to campouts with my Cubscouts. This tent is not too big and not too little. I also have the 8-person version of this tent. Both have ample room for sleeping and gear storage. Holds up great to heavy rain and wind. Ive yet to wake up in a puddle!

Not the best
The quality has dropped in the material they use. It's like a very thin tarp. I hope it last for a while. I guess that's the way of the world these days. Things cost more and the quality and/or size goes down. The color is pretty though.

Better than Sundome IMO
Feels roomier than the Sundome despite having a smaller footprint. Easier to get in/out of. Haven’t camped in the rain yet but expect it to be as good based on the similar materials. Weighs more but this is for car camping.

Great tent
This tent is very beginner friendly. Easy setup, the rods are connected so it’s easy to keep everything together. It is slightly difficult to get back into the bag, but zero complaints. This tent is spacious, big fan.

Not good
This tent is a joke!!! Started setting up and realized what a crapper it was in the first 20 seconds. Put back in box and sent back. So disappointed because I had a Coleman tent for 20 years prior.
