great for families
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my tent a few weeks ago. I was able to use it recently because of the nice weather. I have never put up a tent before, but this tent was easy to set up. I had my husband help me and we quickly set it up. I think it looks great and hold up well in the wind. I really like the screened porch. It was very roomy and easy to disassemble. The tent looks well made and looks like it will last for years. I would recommend this tent to everyone.

Spacious, comfortable and durable!!!
My wife and I came visit family in Kentucky.
We live 12 hours away so hauling our camper that far is out.
She talked me into coming tent camping at Green River State Park.
We started with a 3 person dome style tent. We thought it would be sufficient for the trip until we had to crawl in and out of it.
On the second day we went tent shopping.
We couldn’t ask for a better tent. Easy to set up. The space is unbelievable. Being able to walk in and out is great.
The screen porch area is a must.
We are planning multiple camping trips.
We encountered some bad weather on our stay. It rained for two days and had gusting winds 25-30 mph.
I’m extremely impressed.
Looking at the stars through the screen roof is amazing.
This tent is so nice I’m thinking about selling my camper.
Really enjoyed getting back to nature the way I grew up before all the amenities of a camper.

Screen room lacks bathtub feature
I rerurned the tent within 5 days after realizing that the screen room lacked a bathtub feature. Although Coleman finally realized they had to cover the screened portion of the tent with a vestibule they did not add a bathtub floor in the screed area. As a result, water flowed into the screened area along the ground. I wish i realized that before caught in a rain storm.

So Disappointed with this tent!
Bought this 6 person cabin tent for its roominess and the screened porch area. Would really like to say that i like this tent but can't. This tent has been a huge disappointment all around. Upon setting up the tent, we noticed a small tear in the rainfly right away. Poor quality right off the bat! This tent is rated to withstand 35mph wind, when we were there, there were strong winds (below 35mph) but the tent can't even maintain its shape due to the dome structure, the poles look like it's ready to snap off at any second!! We can't even stay inside the tent during the strong winds because the tent can't even stand up to its shape!! The only thing saving this tent from being blown away is our heavy bags that we placed in the corner! The worst one is when its raining, this tent LEAKS!! We found water seeping in from the tent corners and along the seams!! Worst tent buy and i do not recommend this tent!! I am attaching pics of all the issues stated above so you can save yourself the trouble and avoid buying this tent!

Great tent, plenty of room!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tent a couple of weeks ago and just had a chance to use it for the first time during a backyard campout with the kids. It comes in a very compact package that I was pleasantly surprised to see since storage is always an issue at my house. Assembly is simple, took me about 20 minutes on the first try. The rainfly was probably the hardest part since it makes up part of your screened in porch area (not something I was used to). Once completed it has ample space for myself, wife and our 2 kids. Plenty of extra room for our bags too. The screened in porch is awesome, kept the kids from dragging in everything we don't want them too. They simply kick off their shoes on the porch and then step in. Not a single sign of dampness after we got some rain during the overnight. Takedown and pack-up was far easier then expected too. I was a little nervous I wouldn't be able to get it back into the carrying case, but was able to on the first try without much negotiating. Just make sure you roll it up from the back end first so the excess air can escape out the front. This is a great family tent and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something with more space!!

Quality not what it used to be
Haven't been camping in over a decade. Bought this Coleman 6-person for the ease in setup, to replace a still good Coleman 8-person cabin tent. Was disappointed in snags in several screens and pinprick holes in the fly. 12 hours of continual rain (not a really heavy downpour) resulted in leaking through the top of the fly via those pinpricks. Pinpricks weren't visible looking down at the fly (as it was spread across the ground) but sure were visible from inside the tent looking up toward the sky after finding wet sleeping bags. Bottom seams of the windows also had small leaks. Setup was easy, very quick with 2 people but still possible for only 1 person. Zippers seem sturdy

Huge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 6-person cabin tent. It is so big that it definitely fits 6 people comfortably. I love that it has a screened in porch area so that way you are not exposed to the elements but you're not sitting inside your tent all day either. It's easy to set up just like any other tent as long as you follow the directions. I had a bit of trouble putting it back in the bag after using but that's to be expected from any thing.

Coleman does it right, again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been disappointed with a Coleman product, and this tent is certainly no exception. It’s bigger, more functional, and as durable as can be expected.
I set the main tent up with my husband, and it took right at 20 minutes right out of the box. I haven’t timed it on subsequent builds, but you could probably shave off a third. Too, the first time the wind was quite fierce, so that also slowed us down. It is pretty self explanatory, and the poles are tagged by color that corresponds to sleeves on the tent.
The rain fly is definitely the trickier piece, and here is where I found the directions lacking. It took another 20 minutes to get this in place. Again, we were dealing with the wind, but still, I could’ve used a bit better direction.
The tent functions well, it is very large and can easily house more that the 6 it is made for. We are a family of four, and we can get two cots inside, with plenty of space for the other two to bunk down in the floor.
The screened area is wonderful, and it gives the tent a bit of added usefulness. We can shut off the interior of the tent, then leave snacks in the screened part that anyone can stop by and grab without messing with our camping supplies and intimates.
I haven’t had the tent that long, but I’m confident that it will hold up, both because Coleman makes good products, and because it’s very well made. The fabrics is without blemish, the color is even, and there isn’t any fraying.
Will and do recommend!

Roomy tent. Terrible quality.
I had a want list when I went t shopping for tents. This tent checked off each of those wants and it was on sale so I bought it.
Well, let’s just say the Coleman quality has diminished terribly over the years.
We used it one night and luckily brought a back up 2 person tent for night number two.
Two poles split. Two hooks for the fly broke (stitching let go).
Not enough ground pegs.
I love the design of the tent but the screened area seemed like it might have been an afterthought because the zippers did not align and left a gap the size of a tennis ball at the bottom of the door.
I am returning this tent to the point of purchase tomorrow and will reconsider buying another Coleman tent.

Meets All Expectations
Spacious Evergreen has easy set up, adequate screened area with great drainage. Nationwide use for 30 days in 2022, 60 in 2023, still still standing up under extended high 25-35 gusts/rain. With warnings we try to attach some lines (porch flaps) to sturdy objects (table/vehicle). One pole connection cracked and duct tape is holding firmly. Only minor leaks when in open after slow, overnight rain. We shelter it under canopy of trees where possible. Shake off water collection on rain cover over cabin to reduce seeping. Happyily into our 3rd year, enjoying it in volatile spring weather.

Poor quality, and poor design
We set this tent up in our backyard before our camping trip to vet acquainted with it before our trip to Lake George. Set up was easy thanks to the directions. It was a little windy that day 10 to 15 MPH gusts. 20 mins after seting it up one of the support poles broke because the three support poles blow freely as there is no support pole to tye them together as one structure. If the pole didn't break i could easily see this tent tearing if you were in a wind storm. Thank god we set it up before going as we had some bad weather on our trip. We sent the tent back and bought another brand. I have grown up camping as a boy scout and this tent was not prepared for anything. I wish I had a video of the tent in the wind to go with the review.

Best Tent Ever!

Missed out on cub scout camping trip
We were attending an outdoor cub scout camp out. Upon assembling the tent, one of our tent poles split in two as we were setting it up, splinting in my hand. We repaired it, in order to savage the weekend. Then we noticed a rip in the netted screen. Finally, the rainfly ripped (beyond repair) at the back tie down making it unable to use it. Very frustrated adult and heart broken son.
Very disappointing quality for colman brand tent. Can't ever find replacement parts to order to savage this tent. We wasted money and lost memories, neither we can get back.

Really awesome tent with a porch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coleman 6-Person Cabin Tent with Enclosed Weatherproof Screened Porch, Evergreen is one of a kind and very exciting to own it! When we got the tent we went to the lake and spent the night, it was a much needed time alone! Set up with 2 people was simple and not hard, took us about a good 15-20 minutes from start to finish. Next time it gets set up it shouldn't take as long! Taking the tent down was simple and easy as well! We had no problems with setting up and taking down the tent. This is exactly what we were looking for, big space inside and screened area when you enter the tent! We had plenty room for storage and even with our air mattress, room to be able to change as well! Best thing about this tent is the enclosed screened porch, at night we were able to sit inside and continue our games and no bother with the bugs! Tent is easy to store and is not in the way. This tent is really awesome and highly recommend for everyone! Everyone needs a tent with a porch!

Tent set Up and Quality
I was surprised that the tent did not include any set up instructions. Very disappointed with this as it was not intuitive. The next time I set up the tent I will be less stressful. I was lucky to have another person to help me or I don't think I could have done it. I also had one pole section split in half when I set it up. I was lucky to have some duct tape to save the day. I have not experienced any rain with this tent yet but I am worried that rain will come in as the fly just doesn't seem to be large enough. Nevertheless, it does seem to be well constructed and I would recommend this tent as it is large and roomy. If the tent had been easier to set up and a pole section did not split I would have given this review a higher rating.

Awesome tent

Awesome tent.

This tent is awesome, lots of room inside with the additional room from the screened in porch. My husband is a tall guy but even he can stand up inside because it is 6 ft 4 inches in the middle of the dome.

Big,Easy and keeps you dry
Just went camping in this tent. It has a lot of space (enough for 4-5 cots). The screened in porch is great to sit in on those buggy night! The greatest thing about this tent is that it kept us dry on a night the in rained ALL night. The floor material of this tent is great! Waterproof and durable. It did not disappoint!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love this 6 person cabin tent with enclosed weatherproof screened porch evergreen it saves us from the mosquitoes and hot direct sun. Now that kids are growing up we like to take family trips and try outdoor fun this tent is perfect for us we are a family of four and the tent fits up to six people and fits 2 queen inflatable beds Thats alot of space. It comes in a great bag for the tent to be in but be careful it feels like it might be to much weight for the bag besides that it is an Awesome tent. It looks like it can be a while to put up but its just 10 minutes to set up or even quicker once you have put it up a few times. The kids love it we even put it out next to their outdoor inflatable pool we have snacks inside for them and its just fun staying out of the sun and being with th kids outside So many uses we have with this tent. The quality of the tent is very durable strong material it will last for years and have so much fun as we are, Cant wait all the fun we will have this summer with our tent.

spacious, but not durable
We used this tent high in the Colorado mountains (cold nights) and at Lake Mcconaughy (warm nights). It is definitely better for warmer temperatures, as the whole top of the tent is screen. However, the amount of room is awesome!
Here is the real problem though...
Even with everything tied down, the poles do not like wind... by the end of our trip, every pole, except one, as completely splintered. I don't know if we got a bad batch, but it is very disappointing, as the tent is now basically useless (duct tape only held up for so long...).
I checked eReplacementParts, but this model does not pull up when I searched for it. Really upset that we wasted our money.

Awesome tent, tons of room and very waterproof
I'm Canadian and ex- military. I have camped in Algonquin. Craigleith, Cyprus Lake, Maintoulin Island, Owen Sound, Meaford, Earlton, (Just to name a few places) and this is just in Ontario Canada. I've been camping in other provinces and countries as well and I have had many Coleman tents. The one before the Coleman European cabin tent, was a New Coleman Atmospheric tent. It was a fantastic tent, but boy inflating it was a lot of work for an older person on a hot day :) So we bought this tent and we love it. High winds, and steady downpours, not an issue, and not a drop of water in the tent on several trips. This tent is spacious, well waterproofed and a breeze to set up. I am wanting to take it out winter camping this year, or possible purchase a smaller Coleman 4 season tent to test. or BOTH!

Awesome tent!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say I was excited to receive my Coleman weatherproof screen porch cabin tent would be an understatement. My family and I were beyond ecstatic to try this tent out as soon as we got it. We are always camping and take regular camping trips throughout the year. The new Coleman tent came to us at the best time, since we were in need of a new one. We have already used it a couple of times and it really is the best. I have a family of 5 and the 6 person tent had plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. We fit a queen and 3 twin mattresses perfectly. There are storage pockets to keep our items in and keep things organized. My favorite part is the screen porch. You can sit and enjoy yourself while viewing nature, without having to worry about pesky bugs. I love that it is weatherproof as well. It is nice knowing if it rains unexpectedly, your family will stay dry and cozy. The tent was easy and quick to assemble and just as easy to pack up into the carry bag. I absolutely adore the Coleman tent so much. This tent is durable and well made. Coleman did an awesome job with this one. Can't wait to continue using our tent on many more trips to come.

Pretty Good!
used this tent over a season and it saw about 25 or so days.
from big bend to new mexico and alpine loop colorado.
its very spacious and offers an outstanding view of the night sky when the rain fly is not needed.
two cots and three dogs were comfy.
its not very good in wind free standing but the fly and guy lines help a little.
this tent was a joy to use last season. poles are fiberglass and a bit heavy but for a 200 tent at this size its a great value.

Perfect for a family of 4

Very easy to put together. We have plenty of room especially with the screened porch where we can put our cooler and some extra stuff instead of having it in the tent with us.

Nice and spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never put a tent up they are always a pain. So I was prepared to help my hubby. It actually wasn’t as bad as other tents. It was very spacious it can fit 8 people easy. I loved the screened porch path my son couldn’t get enough of playing on that side. It really makes me want to go camping more often. It’s nice to get out leave the phones,TVs and everything home and enjoy life at its finest.

Position I think is vital in windy conditions ?
I camped up north Michigan right off the lake and we had high winds, nothing absurd but windy. One of my main cabin poles snapped after the tent repeatedly collapsed. Tent was NEW out of the box first use.
I am searching 2000035608 all over the internet and I cannot find replacement parts anywhere, can someone please help direct me to find a replacement pole? I think it is a 12.7mm pole? This pole has silver paint on the ends.

Coleman six man tent with screened in porch
I really liked the six man tent! It felt bigger with the screened porch area and the flaps kept the rain from getting into the tent 🏕 I wish there was an 8 person tent available but I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’m inexperienced at putting up tents. You really need two tall people or even a third set of hands to get the poles up and secured into their spots. Took much longer than the ten minutes advertised 😆
