Used a couple of months and top ripped
I used my shelter for a couple of months, and unfortunately, the top ripped, which was quite disappointing. With no warranty or replacement parts available. While the structure itself is solid and easy to set up, the lack of durability in the fabric left me frustrated. I'd advise others to handle this product carefully or consider more resilient options.

Has been great - replacement parts not available.
We've had our canopy for about 5 years and have been happy with the quality. After a hailstorm, we were able to purchase a replacement for the roof. Now, after years of use, the walls need to be replaced and ereplacementparts says they're discontinued. I would buy this canopy again in the future, but only if replacement parts are made available.

Durable but not suitable for rain
We bought it based on the design, and took it out for a week. It is very rugged, mostly bug-proof, but not rain-resistant. The canopy seams are not sealed, and we had to go into another tent during a rainstorm. It is inconceivable that we would have to have two tents, one for bugs and another for rain. We are going to try to return this.

Would not go up
I was putting up for fathers day. Never could get it to go up at all push in the red buttons it would hardly move a waste of breath time and money. Could not use. I have always trusted Coleman my travel trailer is even a Coleman. You have lost my business.3 min setup it says I could hardly breathe after trying to put it up.

Great frame but terrible canopy, DO NOT BUY
We bought it and mounted it the first summer, no issue. The following year, it ripped off trying to install the canopy, end of story. So to me it is a disposable, one summer use item, too munch money spent for a summer and even more, no possibility to purchase another canopy from Coleman. Stay away from those products.

Easy set up......will not keep you dry
We bought this in 2019. Used 2 times. Took with us to keep my husband dry as he is going through chemo and we wanted a nice weekend away from home at the campground. Well it rained and leaked inside on our heads while we tried to eat dinner. I was very excited for this purchase and am very disappointed it is leaking.

When Used Correctly it's Fantastic!
We have had zero issues with our instant screentent. We have frequently used screen tents like this and they are NOT meant to be a permanent gazebo. They are for short term, weekend long type use. The starts should not be reduced for people not using a product correctly. Top Notch again Coleman!

Great for Sun + Bugs / Not for Rain
This is perfect for sun shade and keeping bugs away. However, not so great in rain. We tested it for the first time in a very mild rain storm last night and the roof leaked at literally every seam. There was no way to stay dry. Very disappointed as this was the main goal in purchasing this tent.

Canopy top sucks !!!
Good product , easy to erect , screening works well , but the canopy top is a piece of garbage . The first top lasted a couple years before developing fraying and leaks . A new top lasted a similar time before becoming completely useless . The screen and frame are still good .

Cheaply made but not cheaply priced
The canopy part (cover) cheaply made and tore after being set up in back yard for only 1 month. Very disappointed in this product since it wasn't cheap to buy Koleman usually very good. but not this . I gave it a 2 because the frame was very easy to set up and take down .

THIS is THE BEST SUKKAH!
If you are looking for the easiest sukkah to set up — this is the best. Get two skach mats and some 2x2 slats to make the roof. Then put them on top of this frame. Don’t worry about all the fabric complaints. This metal frame is the absolute best.

Canopy top not durable.
Canopy cover tearing after one year of use. The cover now exhibits "dry rot" in that it is tearing under pressure from framing joints and when pressed with a hand or finger to adjust canopy fit. Very disappointed with quality of canopy top.

VERY fragile
the actual canopy part of the tent ripped very easy. It was only the first summer having the tent up, and it tore in many different spots. Very disappointed in this tent,
The frame stayed intact, set up and tear down was easy.

Junk
We have had this canopy less then a year. It was stored in the original packaging in a dry basement. When we tried to put it up this year it had disintegrated. Within a day of it being up there are rips and tears everywhere.

Great screen tent but size is misleading
I love their screen room. Just got it a couple days ago but since it’s 10x12, I thought I would put a 10x10 tarp on the ground I said. Wrong!!! The 10x10 tarp was way to big to put in a 10x12 tent?!! How can that be.

Cheap lightweight material.
After using it 3 times it started ripping. I live in Hawaii. The cheap lightweight material does not hold up under tropical sunlight. Very disappointed. I would not repurchase it. Coleman needs to use better material.

Loving our mess/dining tent
This is my second screen house. When camping Memorial Day weekend we put the together by connecting the sides together. So we had a mess tent & dining tent in one. We strung lights, made a very nice area.

Fabric tears to the touch
Fabric disintegrates and tears spontaneously, even when brand new. Beautiful robust heavy duty frame with no canopy. Will all these frames end up in the landfill because of no replacement canopies? Horrific

Love this canopy
This canopy is perfect for us! We don't even bother with the screen walls, but put the canopy up over the picnic table when we go camping. Makes for a nice place to wait out the occasional t-storm!

Poor quality canopy material
Used it on camping site last summer. Upon taking down at the end of the summer, the canopy completely teared apart. Expected could buy a replacement canopy this spring, but not available.

Awful top cover quality
For the first couple of weeks it was great but now I’m surprised the top is still on. There are holes and tears in the sides. The only things keeping the canope on are the velcros.

6 legs is key
This will be summer #6 with ours and it has withstood a ton of use. It can withstand high winds when all 6 legs are staked in, rarely need the extra strings for added support.

Just received and used first time. Has leaks in Roof. Roof does not fit properly. Can not attach in all areas to frame. Can not close screens. About 2 plus inches to short.

Affordable and durable
So far, 2 large family get together, provided shade and bug protection as desired. It did what I wanted it to.
Easy to assemble, disassemble and store. Wish it was bigger!

Screen too small to go around and zipper.
This took way longer than 3 minutes to put up and we couldn't even get the screens to zip up all the way. The screen material is also way too fragile.

I saw a review from 3 months ago stating replacement parts for this model was not available at the time. Is it now or something compatible available?
