Perfect for taking to the park
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a family, we love spending time outdoors. A typical weekend sees us at the rec area by the lake, or out camping. We usually bring a picnic lunch with us bc there are tables, but no grills. We've been cooking out since we got this grill, and have loved it. It's a bit on the heavy side ( I think around 50lbs) but it folds up sort of like a suitcase and is easy to wheel in, as long as you have a decent path. Theres a latch to hold the lid closed, and one to hold the legs in place. Personally, my preference is to take the grill plates out and carry them separately, as they lighten the load and I'm worried about the top opening and dropping them.
Setup, after the initial assembly (which took maybe 10 minutes) is super quick. Just pop the legs into place, twist on the tank, and you're ready to go. You do need to remember to bring water though. It preheats pretty fast, so you won't be waiting ages for your food like with a charcoal grill. There are three temp controls so you can cook in zones. We love this for cooking veggies. All in all, it's a convenient grill to take to the park, or even camping if you have the space for it.

So far it's GREAT!!!
I bought it to tailgate with and have practiced with it at home. So far all I have used it for hamburgers, pork patties, jalapeno poppers, hot dogs, bratwursts, and thin ribeye steaks for sandwiches.
This is my first gas grill of any type, I use charcoal at home. I have no complaints. I pre-warmed it and looked at the temp gauge, it was above 400 F. I use a 1# bottle and got enough gas to cook what I needed. I'm going to get the conversion hose and go a 20# tank hove ease.
It went together very easy (the few parts to put together). Easy to read instructions simple to follow, if you're the type that reads instructions.
I've used this grill about a dozen times and I really like it. Something very big would have to happen to this grill for me to change my mind. The standup is nice, it saves me room on my pickup tailgate or setting up another table.
Having read a couple of the negatives, I wonder if they read and followed the instructions. I don't understand what their problem is. I clean my grill pretty good before putting it away. I turn up the temp and run it for about three to five minutes after the last of the food comes off. I also use grilling mats to help keep the gas ports clean.

Home, Camping, traveling or overlanding grill
Hotdogs and New York strips marinated in - Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, lemon juice and fresh diced garlic cloves! then Frozen. Then thawed and brought to room temperature where they sat until it was time to grill. On a side note, the more and more that I use and get familiar with this little Coleman travel Grill, I have to admit I am falling in love with it. I stripped the *Cast Iron grates* , cleaned them and re seasoned them to my liking. I also purchased a hose adapter to run a 20 lb bulk tank but have not used it yet. The idea that I can switch between 1 lb cylinders or bulk tanks is definitely a win for me depending on what I am doing. The heat control from right to left side of the grill is phenomenal. This propane grill is going to be awesome for camping during burn bans and traveling. I also did a little research and there are aftermarket grille inserts that I can purchase to accommodate breakfast with either a full griddle or a half griddle as well as a " stovetop burner Style insert" for resting your Coleman percolator coffee pot on. Then, to sweeten the deal even more this grill actually folds down and Tucks right away in the back of my minivan either standing up vertically or laying down flat. I plan on building a removable shelf to go over the grill in the storage position so I can still utilize the space in the back without having awkward angles to rest stuff on. Coming from a guy that has used various charcoal grills and split burning smokers, I love the convenience of this little propane grill and and it has received a huge thumbs up on my YouTube channel. I do plan on buying the grill inserts at a future date.
