Pretty good tent
Tent Review
I recently tried out this tent and overall, it’s a great option for summer camping. The interior stays completely pitch-black, which makes it perfect for sleeping in late without the sun waking you up. Setting it up is super easy, and I love the cool front porch area that keeps bugs out while still letting in fresh air.
However, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because of a couple of drawbacks. The roof is a bit low for tall adults, which can make moving around inside a little awkward. Also, the front porch is prone to flooding during heavy rain, so I’d recommend packing a tarp if there’s any chance of storms.
Overall, this tent is ideal for sunny summer camping trips and anyone who values a dark interior for better sleep.

Great except for a couple big things…
I have the Carlsbad darkroom version with patio. We do really like the tent and the darkroom technology works well. Two things we don’t like - 1: the center of the patio doesn’t have a stake, but that’s where the zipper comes together so you have to step on the center or push it down, in order to unzip the patio. The biggest issue is that the back has a huge open window with no cover, just mesh. So, if you want privacy or want to keep the light out, you have no choice but to also put up the rain cover. No idea why they made it this way. That said. We love the size of the 6 person tent for our family of 4 a 2 adults, 2 small children. We are able to put up a queen sized air mattress and a couple of mats for the kids. The patio is a great feature for keeping dirt out (better than without)

its great for a family
the carlsbad fast pitch 6 person dark room tent has been an amazing tent for our camping trips. it really works and keeps the inside much darker in the morning, making it easier to sleep in and stay comfortable after sunrise. the setup is quick and straightforward so we spend less time setting up camp and more time enjoying the outdoors. it’s perfect and relaxing for a big free and storing extra items

Setup is quick and easy, no wrestling with poles.The dark room thing sounds like a gimmick but it's not. I slept past 8am camping, that doesn't even happen sleeping at home.. inside lol
Six people fits, but four or five is the sweet spot once you factor in gear. Held up fine through wind and light rain too we stayed dry.
Cons: not a backpacking tent.
But for car camping with a group? Easy yes

Easy Set Up!
This is one of my many tents for camping! 💕 I love camping and I will say this tent can be put up and taken down in a few minutes if that. It’s great for keeping moisture out. The screened in porch is amazing for setting up chairs and keeping dirty shoes out on the main portion of the tent. I highly recommend this for beginner campers!

Great tent!
This is a great basic tent. It does stay nice and dark if needed. I love the "porch" area. She ch a great landing zone to keep dirt/sand out and to have an extra barrier from bugs. Only downside is we did have some water come in the corners with a storm. It wasn't terrible, but definitely wasn't waterproof.

Nice tent
We bought this tent to use for a family reunion. I love the little screen tent porch like area. It’s great for storing shoes and also for sitting in to avoid bugs or rain. It’s easy to set up and easy to take down. The only thing I didn’t love is water pools easily if it rains and is a pain to mop up.

Easy set up and stir the materials
It was best thing that we had. We used it for several years. It was good in the rainy days and in a hot days. It was very easy to set up and put it down. Zebra were a strong and we never had a problem with that. I really like it and I would like to have another one wanting to be a chance to get it.
