Great large stainless steel jug!
A large insulated stainless steel jug that is rugged. Much prefer drinking from stainless steel than plastic or other material-lined containers. I have found it perfect for traveling and camping and even to carry water for my dogs on a long or hot day of activities.

Doesn't keep hot or warm
I put boiling water in my new growler before going to bed last night. This morning when I checked on the water temperature it was room temperature and not even warm at all. No where close to the number of hours they claim. Any idea why?

It's a complete lie; the hot water only lasts between 7 and 8 hours, and after that time it drops to 40 degrees Celsius. It never stays hot for 40 hours.

This is the best water bottle I've tried keeps cold all day at work my only problem is I lost mine and I can't find the green one anymore I live in the desert I wouldn't buy a black bottle

Expensive Water Bottle
I bought this thermos to take hot soup with me out in the cold gun deer hunting season. I heated the chicken noodle soup up nice and hot and put it into the Coleman Growler I purchased yesterday and off I went for opening day of the 2022 season. At 12:30 I decided some piping hot soup would be real nice to warm me up and I hadn't eaten breakfast just had some hot coffee and a few chocolate covered almonds. I almost didn’t purchase this thermos for the lack of a screw on top/cup like my thermos for coffee or hot chocolate/cocoa, a feature that I thought was a given with all thermos’s. I had to take n extra coffee mug along to use as a soup bowl but I may as well just drank it right from the mouth of the Growler. It wasn’t even Luke warm, nearly cool, was very disappointing for sure, a big letdown. I plan on taking it back because it won’t keep things ice cold either and I don’t need another pitcher or water jug that I know the water will end up room temperature or whatever temperature it is outside or warmer if it’s sitting in the sun. I just reuse disposable water bottles, I know you’re not supposed to but I do. I’m sorry, I just noticed this is for a 64 oz. I believe I have the 48 oz. and I’m not going to another site and redoing this, so deal with it Coleman, I’ve bought your products my whole life and own many like sleeping bags, camp stoves, camp lights, gas lanterns, tents, camping gear, if I walked through my house I could find dozens of items, maybe more. I’ve always felt Coleman meant quality and that’s why if I saw your product I would always pick it up and at least take a look if I was in need and or impulse shopping.
