very disappointed in my new cooler. It does not keep my ice frozen for more than 1 day.
My old ugly coleman cooler from 10 years ago keeps my ice frozen for more than 2 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 52 qt. chest is built of a good hard plastic that is very heavy duty. It opens and closes very easy and can hold ice for at least from one morning to the next. I live in Texas so we have been having a extremely hot summer so its a little harder to hold ice so I'm sure on a normal summer or during the winter it will have no problems at all lasting for at least 2 or 3 days maybe more. It has a drain hole for when you just start to get to much water to make for easy drainage. It also has a decent size handles that come up for easy carrying. The only complaint I would have is it doesn't have any latches so it does open fairly easy so if you was to drop it there goes your drinks. It would work well as a ice chest during hunting season to keep some parts of the deer in it no it won't hold a whole one at this size but it would definitely keep it nice and fresh once. It is thick so it is very well insulated so that is a plus. Overall if your looking for a good ice chest that you can throw in the back of your truck with some cold ones or to hold meat this will be perfect for your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going on outdoor adventures is one of my favorite pastimes, especially in the summer. Making tons of food and snacks, packing drinks, mixers, and getting everyone's favorite flavor, style, etc... loaded into one cooler is always a pain. This cooler is the perfect size for a family or for someone who is going on an outing with friends. This holds 4 bags of ice without a problem which is perfect for keeping everything cool all day. The cooler advertises that it will keep the ice from melting for 3 days and it does not disappoint. I always make sandwiches and of course, adult beverages for our outings and this makes it a one and done scenario. The only thing I wish this cooler had was wheels. It does get quite heavy when packed full, but it's not a deal-breaker, and they do make other coolers with them. When the ice is melted, simply open the spout located on the side somewhere you would like water to go and it does the rest. Cleaning is super easy. I take some wipes and give it a quick rinse with a hose. The top also has cup holders which are so convenient for when you are camped out or at the beach. Nature is not always forgiving when you set something down. Coleman has by far the most outstanding coolers and they are so tough. This has been through some summer adventures without a dent to show. This is the cooler you buy when you are ready to have your forever cooler. It's easy to store in the car and once the lid is on, pretty great at keeping everything well maintained and safe. Love it.
