Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than ice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Chillers™ Soft Ice Substitute - Large, to cool down my two gallon plastic barrel fermenter. I just toss one on top twice a day and put the old one in the freezer to cool down again.
