Lost Quality
I purchased this because I have one that I've been using for years and needed a few more for grocery trips. My old one takes 12-14 hours to completely thaw, but these new ones are nearly thawed by lunch (about 5 hours) very disappointing that the quality of the Coleman chillers has gone down that much

Retains chill for a long while, nice size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a hot climate, and ice packs are a necessity for summer grocery shopping. I wanted a larger ice pack instead of multiple small ice packs and this was the perfect size to have one block for my cooler. It's slim enough to stack well in the freezer but large enough to keep my large cooler chilled.
This ice pack also served double duty during a summer BBQ. I laid a towel on top of this ice pack and placed a plate on top, which was kept my seafood feeling decently cool for the entire BBQ.
Happy with the sub brick and would definitely buy more!

Very Handy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been very handy. I have been using it for a while now. It really helps keep my drinks and food cold for a long road trip. I'm allergic to so many foods, so I have to bring everything with me when I travel. This ice brick has been both reliable and dependable. I cant say enough positive. I do have a small freezer in my garage, so storing it is no problem. It does lay flat though, so you could store items on top of it in a regular freezer as well. I did receive this to test, but all opinions are honest and my own.

Very Useful

Coleman Chillers Hard Ice Substitute - Large
('22) IC: Daily Task - I bought my in-laws these Coleman Chillers for their cute lunch bags. They fit into a nice zipper enclosure at the bottom of their bags to keep their lunches cold. You can buy them almost anywhere in the lunch box sections or near the coolers. Place them into your freezer over night; next day put into lunch box for all day cool lunch. They are non-toxic✓ easy to re-use✓ they are sold in two sizes small and large✓ very convenient✓ can be used as an ice pack for anything needed✓ I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

No worries about leaking water!
We have several of these Coleman Chillers. We keep them right in the freezer so they are always ready to use. They freeze solid, so they last so much longer than using ice cubes. What I really like is that there are no worries that water will leak all over. They are perfect for keeping drinks nice and cold wherever we go. These are our go-to when we go camping. We put several in our big cooler to keep the food cold. We haven't spent any money on ice since we bought these!

Keeps food cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product fits nicely in our freezer, it's fairly slim and doesn't take up a lot of room in an upright freezer. We have a "regular' size cooler and the brick did well at keeping our foods cold, and it did not thaw quickly. We have a much larger cooler that would probably require several of these but I am confident these will get the job done, and plan to purchase more specifically for this cooler.

Lasts All Day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This large size ice brick does take up a bit of space in our freezer and is quite heavy, but works perfectly for my husband's large cooler he takes to work. 10 hours later and it is still almost as solid as when he took it out of the freezer. He can now use this one item instead of multiple ice packs that would melt and leave condensation inside the cooler.
