As one who owns many different outdoor camping chairs, this is one of my favorites. The seat is very spacious, durable and comfortable. The back does not sit straight up like a lot of others, it’s angled back, which I love since I cannot sit straight up because of back problems. The side table deck is awesome. Holds your drink and plenty other room for other things to sit on. The table does have the option of staying up or tucked away to the side and has a nice sleek look. The chair is a little heavier to carry than others but nothing unbearable. Can’t wait to use this for upcoming Mardi Gras season and my hunting and camping trips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really loving this chair, I usually buy the folding chairs that go in bags and they're always falling apart and the cupholders are wobbly. This chair solves all of those problems, it has the perfect little table to hold my phone, book, and snacks and a cupholder for my drink. The chair itself is also very sturdy, I feel 100% comfortable sitting on it at 250lbs and the width is perfect for the wide hipped as well. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for new bonfire or hanging around on a hot day chair.

I was super excited to get this! My family are very outdoorsy. We camp a lot as well as go to a lot of race tracks for kids moto. Obsession 😂 I love how sturdy the chair is, I’m not the smallest girl around, it’s also very wide for the girls that make the rockin’ world go round, fat bottom girls for the younger generation 🙃, the table is VERY sturdy as well. As a mom of 5 everything ended up getting placed on it instead of in my lap like always 🙌🏻 the chair is actually a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. I would like if the back came up higher but overall I’m super satisfied!

This met expectations! I enjoy the incline of the back, and it’s plenty sturdy. Weight limit holds true, and I love the cup holder addition. Beautiful color is also a huge plus! The only ready I gave 4 stars is because the mechanism itself is a bit difficult to open, and may not be suited to someone lacking strength. My mom had trouble opening it, and when she finally did, it popped open rather abruptly.

This chair is absolutely perfect because when you fully push down on it (hence why I didn’t in the picture so I didn’t have to close it again lol), and it’s open, it’s the most secure chair you can have on a fishing dock. With the desk part attached, I can have my drinks and snacks at hand or he can have his fishing gear close as well. Love the fact that it’s a bit wider so we both fit in it comfortably. Definitely needed!

The Coleman Outpost Elite Deck Chairs is no exception. Some of the features I enjoy are the flip-up side table with cup holder, it has a steel frame which can support up to 300 lbs, weather-resistant fabric, the comfortable, padded solid arms, and the wide seat at just the right height. I've had my deck chair for over 10 years and it still functions like I bought it yesterday. I learned from my dad on our first family camping trip that if you want durable, long lasting outdoor gear, always buy Coleman. 40 years later, I stand by my dad's claim because today, I still have several Coleman products that were bought by my dad over 20 years ago. How many brands can you say that about?

It’s hard to say how durable they are or how long they will last but they aren’t poorly made. Two big improvements would be to allow the table to be on either side of the chair and to use real hardware rather than rivets.

I feel that it’s going to remain durable for years and years of use! I love the side table. It comes in quite handy! The cup holder is also a great feature. The only negative aspects for me is that it’s a little difficult to open and close but I’m hoping that will get better with a few more uses and it sits a little low. Taller people may want to steer clear. Overall, I am well pleased.

He’s a huge outdoors man along with all of my boys and he was most thrilled about the “beer holder” and snack table attached to his chair. He said the only thing missing is a shade for the top, the ability to rock and a foot rest lol. Overall I was pleasedd with it it looks sturdy and like it will last compared to most and that really ain’t a terrible price!

Only way is to turn it upside down and firmly press on the bottom of the seat with my foot. Not sure if fitting are too tight / stuff or just the design. Can see where there the top coating on the legs has rubbed off because of how difficult it is to fold. Keeping it, stepping on the bottom is quick and painless.

This is a great camping or outdoors chair. I think it would also do well as a spare chair for a back patio or deck. The chair is very roomy and can fit someone up to 300 pounds. The table is also large, and can easily fit a drink and a plate of food. It is not light weight or small by any means though so it’s definitely not for backpacking or hiking. But for car camping or RV camping it is awesome. It’s easy to set up although it does take a little bit of strength to close. Like any other outdoor chair if you need to be careful that you don’t tip it backwards, but it’s overall balanced quite well. It is definitely sturdier and more solidly built than any other camping chairs that I’ve used.

I love Coleman products typically, but this chair failed to provide adequate comfort and support. The back is too stiff and doesn’t allow you to comfortably sit back. I felt like I was sitting in a back brace lol! The supposed convenience of the attached table also fell short. The table itself rusted quickly, detracting from the overall appearance and functionality of the chair. The table was veryyyy difficult to open and use after several times rendering it essentially useless. The only positive thing it did was hold drinks or snacks as it was intended, but after a while, I couldn’t use it due to the rust. Overall, I would not recommend this chair to others due to its lack of durability and poorly designed table feature.

I bought it after losing my first one because it's more comfortable than any other portable chair I've used. I love the pop-up drink rest, although the plastic holder is easily lost and it's too small to fit some mugs. The only other reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it's difficult to close. I think it will loosen up over time, but right now I have to have someone else close it for me. All said though, I would buy another.

I bought this chair for my boyfriend for his birthday since he had been wanting one for his camping trips with the guys. So happy I did because I like to borrow it when taking my kids to sports. The little table is easy to open and close and perfect for keeping my purse clean and having a spot for my drink rather than the dirt. It’s also much more comfortable than the other canvas chairs we own. It holds our weight more evenly and is gentle on our hips.

As a deck chair, a camping chair, BBQ/picnic chair, to sit & watch ANY event chair, it provides maximum comfort. The arm rests are padded! You can sit back and really relax in this bad boy. It comes with a side table with a cup holder, that flips down when not in use. It’s so compact! You can fold it up in seconds, put it away or throw in the trunk of the car or even the back seat. The table is large enough to fit an actual meal and keep your cup from spilling, even if someone accidentally nudges your chair. If you go tailgating, you NEED this chair! It holds up in any weather and is super solid. If you need a chair or are even considering upgrading - GET THIS! Your back will thank you! I definitely recommend!

I love how durable it is and can hold a lot of weight. It is a lot bigger than I expected when I got the chair but it is still and amazing chair. I like that I can put drinks on the chair deck and it is easy to fold up and take with me for on the go.

A few uses and you get used to the fast and hard snap into place. I’ve got a 12-year old son, so we tend to have a lot of outdoor activities every year. This year I’ll be styling with a drink at my side in the cup holder side table, also the perfect place to keep my phone in case I need to snap a photo! Of course, the chair folds perfectly to fit in any backseat or trunk. Even if hubby takes the SUV, I have room to store it. And the fabric wipes down easily with a damp cloth for any accidental spills. We’ve tossed this in the back, had our son’s backpack slung on top, and even used for Super Bowl seating. It’s held up beautifully. I see this foldable chair lasting a good long while. Overall, it’s the perfect addition for the outdoor family!

The materials feel high quality and it definitely isn’t a flimsy chair. It is a little tough to fold and unfold. I do like how wide the seat is; I’m able to sit cross legged in this without feeling squished. The seat is quite taut; it doesn’t dip much when sitting in it. I really like the tray on the side.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Vertically Challenged from Great for shorter legs! If you have shorter legs, this chair is great! Not many chairs are this low, so it really helps. I have owned 2 of this style, and they still work well and have held up. What I noticed with these chairs was the side table isn’t as sturdy, seems a little flimsy. I also found it very hard to collapse these to close them. Extremely stiff and difficult for me to close them. I hop these loosen up a bit.

I have bought cheaper chairs before and they do not last in my household we use are chairs a lot. Especially the children and Coleman seemed to outlast the rest plus have a little table for my younger kids to use for drawing or painting outside with making a mess in the house.

This chair by Coleman is perfect for any type of outing where you need a comfy outdoor chair. I have used this for my sons Soccer games too. It has a side table for drinks and snacks that folds out easily. It’s not as lightweight as I’d would’ve liked. It would be nice if it had a shoulder strap as well. Other than that I can’t wait to utilize it while camping and sitting around a bonfire.
